Payment is due upon acceptance of the quotation before we initiate your coaching program. This advance payment allows us to allocate resources and meticulously plan your coaching journey. For larger engagements, payment can be divided into tranches based on the scope of the sessions and your specific needs.
Refunds are available if you cancel your booking more than three days in advance. However, once the roadmap & the coaching sessions have commenced, refunds are not available.
